What type of drone do you use for filming?

We will use the high-end model [DJI Mavic 3] from DJI, a drone equipment manufacturer that boasts a global market share of 70%.
In preparation for unexpected breakdowns, as a spare machine [DJI Mini 3 Pro] will be used.
Each has three spare batteries at all times.

1How many minutes is a flight?

1The time limit for each battery is up to 46 minutes, but the return time is also checked, so please consider it as 30 minutes (we will return with 30% battery level).
1If you are shooting for a long time, such as a day course, you will need to charge it in the middle, so it will be more efficient if you have a 100V charging power supply.

What happens to the handover of shooting data?

Our photography will basically be delivered on the day of the event, so please bring your laptop, SD card, USB, etc.

Please tell me how long it takes to deliver.

The data taken can be handed over on the day.
There is a fee, but if you wish to organize and process the data, we will send it to you by email using Gigafile service within 3 days after the work is completed.
If you would like a USB, etc., we will mail it to you on a video transmission device. Please post it in the enclosed return envelope within one week.

Can you shoot in the rain?

Drones are extremely disliminated with moisture due to precision equipment, so they cannot be operated even in light rain.
Therefore, we will schedule a shooting fee that includes securing a spare day.

Can you shoot even if the wind is strong?

According to the norms of the Aviation Code, unmanned aerial vehicles are not required to fly with wind speeds above 5 m.

How tall can you raise?

The Aviation Act is a no-fly zone over 150m, but it is possible to apply for a special application and take pictures. In general, you cannot fly more than 150m.

How many people will you shoot?

1It is possible to take pictures by name, but in densely populated areas, we will try to prevent accidents by having assistants.

Can I shoot in densely populated areas?

Although photography in densely populated areas is regulated by the Civil Aviation Act, we have applied to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for an annual comprehensive application for specific flights and obtained permission approval, so we can take pictures.

Can I take pictures at night?

Night photography after sunset is regulated, but we have obtained annual comprehensive application permission approval for night photography, so it is possible to take pictures.

Flying is prohibited within 30 meters of people and objects, but can I inspect the building?

Roof inspections must be done within 30m, but we can take pictures because we have obtained annual comprehensive application permission approval for flights within 30m.

Is there anything that is not included in the price?

We will have a meeting in advance, but if it is a remote area, we will charge transportation expenses. In addition, consumption tax will be recorded separately.
All flight applications from the Civil Aviation Bureau will be applied for by our company, but please ask for the approval of the land ownership manager of the neighboring land, etc.
In some cases, it may be necessary to notify the police, city hall, or the prefectural office, so we will discuss it in advance.
If you are shooting in a densely populated area, you will need an assistant. If the shooting location is large, assistants and security guards will be added at the time of estimation.
Please note that if you wish to edit videos or additional music, it is not included in the price list.

How far can you shoot business trip photography?

I will be in Shizuoka Prefecture.
In the future, we plan to expand to the three Tokai prefectures of Aichi Mie Gifu.

Are there any restrictions on where you can request a photoshoot?

There is a no-fly zone, so please let us know your address and number in advance.
Please note that if safety cannot be ensured even in the flyable area, we may refuse.

What time does filming start and end?

It is a photo taken from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Night photography will be estimated separately.

What happens to the payment if I can't take a drone shot due to bad weather on the day of shooting?

The shooting date will be judged by the weather forecast of the previous day, including the preliminary day.
In the event of sudden weather changes or strong winds with wind speeds of 5 meters or more, drone aerial photography may be canceled.
If you are unable to take a drone aerial photo in the end, we will discuss the actual cost of transportation.

What kind of photography can you do?

Aerial photography is possible within 150m altitude.
You can take pictures of densely populated areas, within 30 meters of people and properties, and night flights.

Please tell me how to take pictures that you can't do.

Infrared photography is not available.

4Can you take K-videos and still images?

Basically, we will shoot in "4K video". The same goes for still images.

What is the payment method?

We will issue an invoice after delivery, so please make a bank transfer. Cash payment is also available on the day.

Can I issue a receipt?

Of course you can.

Can the copyright be given to the client?

Of course, it belongs to the client, so please feel free to use it.

Is drone photography safe?

The drones we pilot have an emergency evacuation operation button. RTH: It's called return-to-home. In particular, the first DJI Mavic3 is equipped with obstacle sensors in all directions, front, left, right, up, and down, so you can fly safely. The safety device is activated by sensors, and the drone is equipped with the function of automatically stopping or detouring. In addition, we will install a propeller guard to take safe shots.
