"Drone high-altitude cleaning", which is still rare in Japan, is being developed as a project of the Shizuoka Prefecture Western Drone Operators Association.
As you know, scaffolding costs are rising year by year.
Our association uses drones that can handle heights up to 40 meters and special cleaning agents jointly developed by manufacturers to reduce costs and achieve high-quality cleaning!
It can also be used to clean places that cannot be reached by a crane.
Moreover, it can be cleaned efficiently with a high water pressure of 30 liters per minute.

2025June 8 - : Surveys on the rooftops of condominiums are handled by drones!
As part of the estimate for painting work for the apartment, we needed to check the condition of the roof, and we received a request.
Originally, it was necessary to set up scaffolding and conduct a survey, but this time they wanted to respond with aerial photography by drones.
On the day of the event, the sky was cloudy and there was some wind, but the shooting was carried out without any problems.
However, the flight application to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism took longer than expected and did not meet the original designated date.
At such times, the Shizuoka Drone Operators Association's network comes into play!
With the cooperation of member companies and the adjustment of the schedule, we were able to successfully complete the filming work.
Currently, our association is cooperating with five companies to exchange information and collaborate almost every day.
We will continue to use drones to respond flexibly and strive to be useful to everyone.

2024November 16, : About 3D LiDAR Surveying
Hello, the flyer for [3D surveying work] that I have been preparing has been completed.
We couldn't thank Total Development enough for their cooperation.

2024August 22 - : Image of the Green Cross plane crash landing
This August was a summer with many opportunities to come into contact with a lot of information about the end of the war.
In Japan, August 15, Showa 20 is considered the day of the end of the war.
However, Emperor Showa's Tamane broadcast was only to convey the acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration to the Japan people.
9On the 2nd of the month, there were many difficulties leading up to the signing of surrender on the battleship "Missouri" in Tokyo Bay, and it was precisely because we were able to overcome them that today's peaceful Japan was realized.
The details of the 18 days were aired for the first time on NHK BS's "Choice of Heroes".

2024June 17 - : Exterior wall deterioration survey by drone (infrared image inspection)
If the building deteriorates, concrete (mortar) and tiles may float and fall.
According to the Building Standards Act, buildings designated as designated are required to be surveyed and reported after 10 years.
It is called "Article 12 inspection of the Building Standards Act".

The Shizuoka Prefecture Western Drone Operators Association has further replenished its members' pesticide spraying machines.
Taking this opportunity, we created a flyer for distribution to agricultural corporations, agricultural organizations, and agricultural machinery sales companies.

2023December 21, : Agricultural drone assistant training
The other day, on December 13th, we held the second exchange meeting of the Shizuoka Prefecture Western Drone Operators Association.
This time, we conducted training for agricultural drone assistants
There were some happenings, but it was a great experience for everyone to wear headsets and experience piloting.
On the day of the event, the weather was good, and Chunichi Shimbun and Hamamatsu Iwata Shinkin Bank also came to visit.
Finally, we conducted a demonstration experiment of a system that allows you to realistically view local drone images in a remote location.
This is a mechanism that allows you to realistically check the occurrence of future disasters from the town office, etc., surveys deep in the mountains, and even give instructions on where to shoot.
It was a big step forward (held at the former Kumakiri Elementary School in Haruno).
The next day, I attended a forestry innovation business course at the Tenryu Agriculture and Forestry Office
I was keenly aware of the need to exchange information with the government on surveying techniques, subsidy applications, completion inspections, etc.

2023December 4, : 【Invited store opening at Fukuroi City Marche】Drone experience event
Yesterday, I was invited by Yuko Terada, the representative of "Happy Marche", which is held four times a year at the Fukuroi City wedding hall "Lesperance", and I opened a friendship store.
Yuko is the wife of Terada Ishizai, who has been in the company for three generations, and is a wonderful person who is active in many fields.

2023November 14 - : The 22nd Drone Study Group (Fukuroi City)

When we started the piloting experience from the last meeting, it was very popular, so this time we also had the participants experience the piloting after the classroom lecture.

The venue this time is Sairakuji Temple in Fukuroi City.

2023October 1 - : [Aerial drone demonstration experiment in mountainous areas] was held.
The other day, in the Aizu area near the boat rowing area in Tenryu Ward, a local who bought an old house asked me to take a picture from the sky with a drone because it was difficult to imagine with Google Earth because the cedar forest in the back mountain was cut down through a friend.
It is located next to the dam lake and has a good view, and I shot a video of the entire area taken with the aerial drone DJI Mavic 3.
Participants commented that they were able to create an image of the use of forests in the entire region.
We were also able to demonstrate that if you set the sensor to a bypass function even in the forest, you can safely shoot by avoiding cedar trees.
On the other hand, a large surveying drone equipped with high-performance functions such as ortho images and point cloud data can provide accurate location information, 3D image creation, and surveying.
However, it costs a certain amount of money, so if you use a small shooting drone that can shoot 4K like this time,
I think it is possible to grasp the entire and partial mountainous areas around us without incurring any cost, and to use them for publicity materials for the plan without using aircraft.
In the future, I would like to propose shooting in mountainous areas with a photography drone.

2023August 4, : We participated in the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise 119 Specialist Dispatch Program.
The other day, I participated in a Chat GPT beginner's course sponsored by the Kakegawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The number of participants was more than twice that of a regular course, and I was keenly aware that we were ahead of the times.
In particular, we focused on how to make Chat GPT a template and propose work efficiency.
Our company is also engaged in proposal business such as HP production and subsidy advisory with a cost reduction planner as its starting point, but we are in charge of multiple diverse tasks, and it took time to create proposals and other texts.
Therefore, I intuitively felt that I could use this AI system on a daily and continuous basis, and applied for training using the expert dispatch system of [SME 119].

2023July 28 - : We held a drone experience event at Otagawa Water Park in Mori Town, Shizuoka Prefecture.

A member of the Mori Town council said that he had never touched a drone, so he planned it in a park parking lot on the Ota River riverbed
When I asked if I could touch it anyway, members of the council, the Construction Division, and the Disaster Prevention Division also participated.
We had a photo machine for grandchildren, a children's drone class, a small camera, and a commercial camera.
We also showed you takeoffs, landings, turns, and 150M flights.
